Are these finished homes or shells?
Build levels vary by model. The quote will list exactly what is included and excluded. Do not assume a shell is a legal dwelling or ready for occupancy.
Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes, you can request a custom concept. Dimensions must be reviewed for construction, transport, weight, and site constraints before acceptance.
Can you deliver the building?
Delivery is discussed for each order. Route, loaded dimensions, building weight, trailer capacity, access, permits, and unloading requirements must be confirmed.
How do deposits work?
Payment terms are documented in the project agreement. Any deposit and progress payments must match the agreed scope and applicable requirements.
Can a cabin be used as a dwelling?
